Debit Card Alerts

We now offer free Debit Card transaction alerts. To set up your customized alerts, go to our new debit alert website The alerts options are for: transactions over the dollar limit you set, any online transactions, any foreign transactions, or any declined transactions. The alerts can be sent to you via text message, email, or both (your standard text rates will apply). Then, if you are alerted of a fraudulent transaction, call one of the telephone numbers listed below under “Lost your Visa Debit Card?” to deactivate your card.


Customer Identification Requirements
In accordance with Section 326 of the USA Patriot Act, applicants for new accounts are requested to provide current picture identification that verifies identity including name, address and other identifying information.
In some cases, identification will be requested for current account holders if original documentation was not obtained with the opening of the account. In all cases, protection of our customer’s identity and confidentiality is our pledge to you.

Section 326 of the US Patriot Act requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account for a covered Legal Entity. New Rules under the Bank Secrecy Act will aid the government in the fight against crimes to evade financial measures designed to combat terrorism and other national security threats.
Each time an account is opened for a covered Legal Entity, we are required to ask you for identifying information (name, address, date of birth, social security number and identification documents) for:

  • Each individual that has beneficial ownership (25% or more) in the Legal Entity; and
  • One individual that has significant managerial responsibility for the Legal Entity.

E-Statement Enrollment

We now offer email notifications that let you know when your deposit account statements have been created for you to view on our website. If you would like to sign up for this service, and not receive a paper statement, after logging in, go to the Support tab, and then to the Support Center tab. Then click on the down arrow beside "Choose a form to submit" and select "E-Statement Enrollment". Fill in the blanks and click Submit to securely transmit your request to us.
